Better Men

Recently I, and a group of men’s ministry leaders, became aware of four major motion pictures that will be released in 2011 featuring Christian themes and values. At first blush that may not seem particularly noteworthy, until you realize that in recent times there has been at most one such film per year: Facing the Giants (2006), Amazing Grace (2007), Fireproof (2008).

What’s more, each of the new films features men who are struggling alone until a buddy comes alongside them to challenge them, encourage them, and support them.
