Smoking Something

Fresh off last week’s 66 percent income tax hike, Illinois Democrat Gov. Pat Quinn is already back at the public trough. With all this new money flooding in “for education,” taxpayers will be forgiven if they start expecting actual results. If I were a smoker, the best revenge I could think of would be covered in one word: quit.
