While Superstorm/Frankenstorm Sandy is one of the worst things to happen to the East Coast in recent memory, it’s one of the best things to happen to the East Coast media. That’s because the press’s refusal to cover the metastasizing Libya scandal with the election dead ahead was getting downright embarrassing. Now the media actually have an “excuse” to look the other way and avoid asking questions about Team Obama’s repeated baldfaced lies and its shocking failure to protect Americans. From their perspective, it’s a perfect storm.
