What about Bob?

Let’s see: Bob Woodward, who was instrumental in bringing down Richard Nixon, says (1) the sequester was the president’s idea back in 2011, (2) that Mr. Obama has “moved the goalposts” to now insist on tax increases along with the agreed upon spending cuts, and (3) the president’s threat not to deploy a carrier in the Gulf because of the sequester is a “kind of madness.” In response, the president’s team threatened Woodward, saying he will “regret” opposing the White House’s narrative.

Well, kudos to Woodward, the dean of the D.C. press corps. He may be a liberal, but apparently facts still matter to some journalists. The rest of them should be ashamed for leaving the job to Woodward, who is worth more than all of them put together. But if Mr. Obama, in his insufferable arrogance, has lost Bob Woodward, has has he lost America?
