Let’s see: President Obama cut U.S. missile defenses in Alaska, went on an appeasement tour, wants to slash Defense, and boasts about “leading from behind.” Dictators have an unerring sense of smell for weakness, don’t they? I doubt North Korea would be quite so bellicose if W. were still in office.
