The Democrats keep saying that because ObamaCare is “the law of the land,” Republicans must accept it in toto. The only problem is, the Democrats have failed to follow their own rule. Barack Obama has granted exemptions, subsidies, and delays to many different groups, even though ObamaCare is “the law of the land.” So why shouldn’t Republicans try to reign defund or delay this unwieldy mess, too? After all, if a law can be passed by Congress, it can also be removed by Congress.
