The banal Barack Obama keeps unilaterally rewriting, delaying, and obfuscating to keep one favored group or another from feeling the full pain his own law, Obamacare. Not only does this disparate treatment violate the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution (remember that?), it reveals a blatant disregard for the separation of powers in our government. Mr. Obama doesn’t get to rewrite “the law of the land.” Someone needs to tell the head of the Executive Branch that he is a president, not a king.
