I find a lot of trendy foods to be overrated, including avocado, humus, and anything organic. But I am thrilled with an herb that I have only discovered recently–cilantro. It makes everything taste fresh and new, from salads to tacos. Try it! I only wish we could sprinkle some on our health insurance plan.
