Dumb

Pat Quinn, the worst governor in the nation, claims that Republican challenger Bruce Rauner is in the race so he can give himself a million-dollar tax break. Rauner, who is worth $750 million, has spent $30-$40 million of his own money on the campaign so he can get back $1 million for each of the next four years? The same man who has promised not to take a salary or pension while serving as governor of Illinois? People say Quinn is dumb, but it’s clear he’s betting that Illinois voters are dumber. It will be interesting to see if he is right.
