Mind

There are no arguments or facts that you can give a Trump supporter that will get him to change his mind.

If you bring up the arguments of critics, he’ll say they’re part of “the establishment.”

If you say that Trump is a liar, a buffoon, a misogynist, a bully, a conspiracy monger, or an ignoramus, he’ll say that Trump is “telling it like it is.”

If you say Trump is crooked, he’ll say Hillary is worse.

If you say Trump funded Hillary, he’ll say he was just being a shrewd businessman.

If you say there are other businessmen in the race who don’t have the baggage, he’ll say only Trump can win.

If you say there are more important things than “winning”–such as integrity, principles, and trustworthiness–he’ll say that you want Hillary to win.

If you say you want no part of Trump or Hillary, then he’ll say you’re wasting your vote.

If you say you’re going to vote for a third-party or write-in candidate, he’ll say that you’re really voting for Hillary.

I could go on, but why? Trump supporters cannot be swayed. They say they have reasons, but when you reason with them, you find out they just want to vote for Trump.

Save your breath. Time is a terrible thing to waste.
