Homework

donkey hoteyToo bad tough guy Donald Trump never had the guts to debate Ted Cruz one on one; it might have helped him avoid last night’s miserable, meandering performance against a far weaker foe.

If fresh momentum in the polls and the prospect of 100 million viewers couldn’t persuade Trump to do his homework for last night’s debate with Hillary Clinton, what makes us think he ever will–either in this campaign, or in the Oval Office?

Trump is what he is, folks–an ignorant blowhard. I am left wondering what Ted Cruz, a champion debater, could have done against Clinton. I also wonder if he’s regretting his endorsement.
