A Vote for Kagan Is a Vote for Gay Marriage.

My comment: Kagan’s attempt to bar military recruiters from college campuses because of the “don’t ask don’t tell” policy during her stint at that bastion of judicial restraint, Harvard, is not reassuring. As president, Obama generally has the right to his nominees. But let’s have a full airing of this nominee’s views and judicial philosophy. The American people, who have repeatedly voted down gay marriage, have the right to know, not later, but now.
