The Process

Our nation faces a fiscal time bomb requiring drastic action, and the best Republicans can come up with to challenge President Obama is Mitt Romney? Something is wrong with “the process” if all the best candidates choose not to run and we are left with a rich, handsome moderate with name recognition whom no one (except fellow Mormons) really wants. And it appears that Romney, supposedly “the most electable,” trails the president in a head-to-head match-up. Well, I suppose that if the Mormon Church does really well this year at its proselytism, then perhaps the Mittster will have a chance.
