My friend, the brilliant public intellectual Dinesh D’Souza, faces some serious questions about his personal conduct. Dinesh has been more than a colleague to me, and I esteem him highly. He has shown a godly and caring heart in all our interactions. Here’s hoping and praying that he can clear all this up and that the reports are a gross misunderstanding. One thing must remain clear, whatever the truth of this case: No amount of giftedness can excuse immoral behavior.
