I kid you not. President Obama’s supporters are actually saying that the economy is “roaring.” In fact, it’s going so well (through events such as falling gasoline prices that he had no hand in) that tonight the president is proposing–you guessed it–higher taxes on the rich, who are expected to pay for “free” community college for everyone else. Of course, if you read the fine print on Mr. Obama’s largess, you’ll discover that he wants to tax your 529 college savings plans. One thing this education “plan” shows is that the president never learns.
