Last night Cleveland fired everything it had at Golden State and just ran out of bullets. The Warriors kept firing.

LeBron, a great player who left Cleveland to form a super team in Miami, is now on the receiving end. If he cannot add someone else to the Cavs, Golden State likely will rule until he’s gone.

However, all of us in Chicago thought the Cubs would be dominant for years to come, and things don’t look quite that simple today. Circumstances change, and even the best teams find unexpected ways to unravel. It’s the human condition. That’s why they play the games.
