We interrupt this program for a breaking news bulletin:
“U.S. officials are moving to quell anger across the Muslim world sparked by unconfirmed reports that American interrogators put the Qur’an, the Muslim holy book, in a toilet at a military facility holding terrorism suspects at Guantanamo Bay. In Afghanistan, at least 16 people have died in protests. In Pakistan, a Muslim student told the press, ‘Demonstrations serve no purpose. We should do something practical. I am ready to blow myself up for the sake of my religion to embrace martyrdom.'”
We now resume our regularly scheduled programming.
