While Jesse Jackson was in Detroit calling for more taxpayer-funded “green jobs,” thugs stripped the car he was using. Actually, it wasn’t a car, certainly not a hybrid. It was a honkin’ big Cadillac SUV. The story is grimly amusing on a number of levels: Jackson’s rank environmental hypocrisy, of course, but also the deterioration of the black community that Rev. Jackson is ostensibly fighting against. Social anarchy doesn’t care about the color of the jobs or the color of those hypocrites advocating for them.
