Global Prayer Celebration Coming

I’ve told you about the new edition of Operation World. Now I want to let you know about an exciting global prayer event tied to this unmatched global resource: The Live Global Prayer Celebration, on Tuesday, November 9.

(Please note that the link in the graphic does not work, because the site has not been finished.)

Here’s what spokesman Mike Dworak tells me:

As you know, the new Operation World book will be out in less than a month.

We are excited about the book, but more so about asking God to engage people to pray for the nations.

In that vision, we have created an all new site and it will be up in late October, and we are having a live internet global streaming event on Nov. 9th @ 12 noon and again @ 7pm U.S. Central time. …

We will have guests from all over, Lindsay Brown from Lausanne, Pete Grieg from 24-Prayer, Steve Hawthorne, K. P. Yohannan, etc., and other voices like, Max Lucado, Anne Graham Lotz, David Platt (author of Radical), and again more.

Jason Mandryk and I will be hosting it and with the live chat capabilities within the event viewer, we hope to take requests, hear answers to prayer, etc.

More on this later, but you’ll want to carve out that time now.
