Pat Quinn Slams New Jersey Governor Chris Christie

By the Huffington Post

Since Illinois lawmakers voted to pass an income tax increase to address the state’s dire budget crisis, other states have been trying to get businesses and residents to leave the Land of Lincoln.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christy is getting under Ill. Gov. Pat Quinn’s skin. In the wake of Christy trying to coax Illinois businesses to move to the Garden State, Quinn is basically telling Christy to butt out. Gov. Quinn, it’s a little late to complain now. You wouldn’t have this problem if you hadn’t jacked up the taxes so high on individuals and businesses. Remember, we’re citizens, not subjects. We can go where we want, and I wouldn’t be surprised if many of us choose to vote with our feet.
