Right Track

A headline today says Mitt Romney is enjoying a huge surge in enthusiasm, but the president can take solace from a report saying people finally believe the country is on the right track. Huh? I’m not sure Mr. Obama should break out the champagne just yet. These factoids may be related. I suspect more people are feeling better about things precisely because Romney has taken the lead in the polls. We’re on the right track because, God willing, there is a real possibility that the dreary Obama presidency may soon be over.
