Incompetent

Barack Obama says he’s not the manipulating partisan that the scandals involving Benghazi, the IRS, and the AP (and other incidents of spying on journalists) suggest he is. He instead asks us to believe he is completely detached from, even ignorant of, the inner workings of the highest levels of his administration–at Justice, Defense, State, the CIA, the IRS, etc. I’m not evil, the president says. I’m incompetent.

But isn’t he supposed to be the smartest man to ever occupy the Oval Office?
