Leftists, who would be first against the wall should the Islamists ever take over our country, are making the absurd claim that Republican criticism of Muslims or Islam is “racist.” I think the “racist card” is showing signs of fraying. First, the most prominent critic of Islam–Dr. Ben Carson–is black. Second, to be a Muslim is not necessarily to be a member of any particular “racial” group. Is that news to the leftists? Then perhaps they have been projecting their own ignorance and racism onto Republicans.
