Rick Santorum’s comment about there being little difference between voting for Romney and Obama was highly unfortunate–said in the heat of battle, no doubt, but highly unfortunate. Whatever Mitt’s flaws (and they are considerable), after Louisiana, it is my hope that Rick will bow out graciously, ending his run on a high note, and throw his support to the former governor from Massachusetts. All our rhetorical, organizational, and financial fire must now be trained on stopping Barack Obama from finishing what he has started, with no more worries about answering to voters. If we don’t, we’ll see just how bad a second Obama term will be for the country.
End Run
